Japanese Vehicle Export Questions - Kaori International

At Kaori International, transparency matters. Explore our FAQ to understand how we source, inspect, and ship quality Japanese vehicles worldwide.

Buying & Ordering

We export a wide range of vehicles from Japan, including passenger cars, SUVs, vans, trucks, buses, and special-purpose vehicles. Both used and brand-new vehicles are available depending on your requirements.

Import requirements vary by country. Some countries allow individuals to import vehicles directly, while others require an import license or a registered clearing agent. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before purchase. Our team can guide you on country-specific requirements.

Payment & Security

We primarily accept payments through international bank transfer (TT). Full payment must be made before shipping. For selected regions, we may also accept trusted third-party escrow services.

The total cost includes the vehicle price, inspection (if requested), shipping charges, and import duties/taxes in your country. We provide a Proforma Invoice before payment so you clearly understand the breakdown.

Shipping & Customs

Shipping usually takes 3–8 weeks depending on the destination country, shipping line schedules, and port clearance times. We provide tracking updates throughout the process.

We export worldwide, with strong networks in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Europe. Some countries have specific import restrictions, so please check your local customs rules or contact us for guidance.

We send all essential documents required for registration in your country, including the Bill of Lading, Export Certificate (Deregistration Certificate), Commercial Invoice, and Packing List. Additional documents can be arranged if needed.

All vehicles are shipped in good condition with inspection reports. In case of transit damage, you may claim insurance if it was arranged before shipping. Our support team will assist you throughout the process.
